Intellectual Property Rights in IT Law

Today, our IT Law class has to do mini-presentation on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). After the presentation that we will start the lectures on this new chapter for semester 2. It a good approach, from unknown to known. Students learning by themselves and then sharing the knowledge before the class to his/her fellow classmates. However we can also run the risk of doing research not completely related to the IT domain, since IPR concerns industrial issues. There we need to focus on IPR concerning IT law in the Mauritian Legislation.

So let me polish and refine the powerpoint, as soon as presentation over, will upload the file and let you have the feedback. Till then, stay connected!
